Return & Exchange Policy 

At MAISON VÉNÛRA, we are fully committed to transparency and compliance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, specifically Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. (39) of 2014, Article (13), which states:

"The consumer has the right to exchange or return a product and refund its value within fourteen days from the date of receipt, if the product is defective, not in conformity with specifications, or not suitable for its intended purpose. Excluded from this are perishable goods and products manufactured according to specifications defined by the consumer."

Accordingly, please note the following:

1. Customized or Archive Pieces
All items offered on our platform are either:
- Customized upon request, made specifically for the client,
- Or archive pieces, reproduced based on a prior individual order.

Therefore, these products are not eligible for return or exchange, as they fall under the exemption stated in Article (13) of Law No. (39) of 2014.

2. Manufacturing Defects
If a product has a clear manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, including photo documentation. Upon review and confirmation, we will offer a suitable solution (repair or replacement).

3. General Terms
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product sizing and details before completing checkout.
- Slight differences in color or detail may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of certain items.

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if a brooch or accessory has been attached to the garment, as this may cause permanent damage to the fabric
